HD-IS-8710 Self-integral skin PU foam systems
HD-IS-8710 is four-component PU foam systems specially designed
for self-integral skin products. B-component is modified polyisocyanate(MDI),
while A-component is made up of polyether polyalcohol,blowing agent,catalyst
and stabiliser,etc. C is blowing agent; D is colour paste. All of
these are separate packaging. The systems has three kinds of brands.
 HD-IS-8710H
is applied to products with higher hardness requirement, such as
the steering wheel of trucks and vehicles' bumpers.
HD-IS-8710S
is applied to products with medium hardness, such as the armrests
of chairs and steering wheels of cars.
HD-IS-8710L
is applied to PU products with low density and hardness, such as
cushions, backrests, supports and toys of physical, gymnastic and
medical equipemnt.
