HD-HR-8610M high resilience cold cure moulding
PU foam systems
HD-HR-8610M is double-component PU foam system based on MDI specially
designed for high resilience cold cure moulding PU products. B-component
is modified polyisocyanate(MDI), while A-component is made up of
polyether polyalcohol,blowing agent,catalyst and stabiliser,etc.
The systems has three kinds of brands.
 HD-HR8610MH
is applied to products with higher hardness and density, such as
motor and bicycle saddles, train seats, automobile seats and headrests.
HD-HR8610MM
is applied to products with medium hardness and density, such as
automobile seats, furniture chairs,etc.
HD-HR8610ML
is applied to products with low density and hardness, such as automobile
seat backrests, sofa backrests,etc.

Packaging:Galvanized zinc metal barrel. A-component: 200kg/barrel;
B-component: 230kg/barrel.
Shelf life: A-component /6 months;B-component /3months
Note:HD-HR-8610M series can provide systems of relative
brand according to products' detailed use and performance requirement
from clients. If users produce products with flame retardant, fire
