A cleanroom is an area in which particle (inert) and/or microbiological (live) contamination are controlled. The general required clean is the measured clean degree during the producing period.

　　The efficiency of air filtration system and how the airflow organized decide the clean degree. And the envelope structure, corner and window/door treatment are the composite of clean space.

　　Cleanroom is a unique space where construction and decoration should be done simultaneously. So, besides the normal consideration of strength, aesthetics and durability, other environmentally controlled factors must be cared about based on different processing procedures.

　　The core is high thermal insulation materials, include PU, EPS, XPS and phenolic foam. Jointing is specially designed Tongue-and -Grooved type. Joints between panels will be sealed with silicon on site to secure the air-tightness.

·　Anti static-electricity, and corrosion-resistant

　　The panel is made of plastic coated prepainted zinc steel laminated with insulation materials. Such surface material is anti static-electricity, In the corrosive environment, stainless steel or FRP should be used.

·　High strength and excellent fire performance

　　Panels are made of high-density, high LOI foam insulating materials as core, and high mechanical strength materials as surface. For areas presenting a fire hazard, we suggests the core materials using PIR or phenolic foam or mineral wool.

·　Preset channel for easy cable installation

　　Huadu Maohua can provide customer-made preset channels in sandwich panel for future cable installation.

The standard thickness is 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. Different thickness is available in accordance with customer requirements.

·Smoothed panel surface, no dust retain, high strength

·　Besides the preset cable panel, we can also provide corner panel, non-standard panel and heterotypic panel. Such panels can be cut, drill on site by our technician for easy cable lying.

·Our wall system consists of one piece or modular pre-fabricated sandwich panels. So it is easy to assemble, disassemble, change, renovate, even build in different areas.

·　All inter panel connections, wall-wall, wall-ceiling, wall-floor, and window/doors, are rounded.

Zinc steel, stainless steel and aluminium alloy can be selected as window and door materials.

·　Made of zinc-steel and aluminium alloy profile, window and door can adapt the same surface color as the wall, with static electricity coating.

·　The selection of window and door glass could be composite safety glass, hard glass, steel glass and metal mesh safety glass.

·　Specially designed frame can be fitted either on the same level with wall panel or with rounded treatment, for easy cleaning and sterilizing.

·　Around doors are durable sealing pieces for very good airtight.
